Anyone who can use a grill, smoker or has a desire to cook awesome BBQ

8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

What:

Learn Firsthand How to cook professional quality pulled pork, pork ribs, chicken, Turkey and brisket from our award-winning bbq cooks! You'll learn meat selection and trimming, injection and rub technique, wood selection, fire management and more. BBQ lunch is also included. 

tuition Cost:

$120.00 per person includes 4 hours of hands-on instruction, "Secret" recipe and technique booklet, BBQ lunch featuring all meats from class, and a take home souvenir

where:

The bbq Classroom is located at 99 N Salisbury street in the fbc raleigh fellowship hall. entrance by the edenton & McDowell parking lot.

9:30 AM -- 10:25 AM-- Chicken and Turkey

10:30 AM -- 11:25 AM--Pulled Pork and Ribs

11:30 AM--12:25 PM--Brisket

12:30 PM -- Preparing for a Competition 

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM -- Buffet BBQ Lunch (includes brisket, Pulled Pork, Spare ribs, and chicken)
